Since August 3, Governor Newsom has not made any updates to the statements regarding youth and adult sports competitions. Like all of you, we eagerly wait for him to address this topic and give us guidelines for Returning to Play!
Because of this, we are forced to moving the start of the 2020/21 SoCal Premier Adult and NPL West Seasons. We will adjust our kick-off play date from November 7th to January 9th, 2021.
If we receive notification that RTP protocols allow for competition and cities and schools award field permits to both clubs and our league we will open up competition sooner in the form of league games or pre-season friendlies so that you all can get back to the field as soon as possible.
SoCal Premier is working closely with all of our member clubs as well as our local and regional facilities to ensure we have fields once the state of California moves us into the next phase allowing for both youth and adult full field league competition.
